Actually I don't know anymore.
Human death by starvation have been a momentous event in our recent history on a gigantic scale for some time now.
I've spent lots of time and energies as a younger man supporting Bob Geldof and his campaign to feed the starving.
I rallied behind Bono Vox in his attempt to get the rich countries to forgive debt to poor countries.
But no matter what has been done, the problem persists. The food and money is simply not going to the right people. More often than not ending up buying weapons for warring tribes and enriching dictators.
I've decided to take matters into my own hands and employ the poor. Help them to help themselves. But trust me, noble aspirations can be a thankless task too.

When I helped others, I tend to gain more than what I had to give to help. Even when the receiver was an undeserving one.
You shared with me years ago, you said everyone you meet is your teacher.

oh.. I didn't quite notice that she said that. I was probably distracted looking at the pictures that I did not read the blog itself much.
(Anyway, think she is Will's frn if I am not wrong, I dun really know her in person.)
Nevertheless, it is not so much of the wealth status quo of a man as far as I am concerned, but rather it's the passion and determination to succeed qualities that they should possess.
And we all know that in Sg, when you have these qualities, you should be far from starvation and pee baths.

On a happier note, I have not met Jules' JRT but from what I heard, she's really gentle and sweet tempered so Miko and Brandy should have no problems getting along with her!!
